This short par four finishing hole makes you think "birdie".  A carry over water set up a short wedge into the green.  The big hitter can drive the green and have a run at an eagle to finish the round.  A wind in the face sometimes makes that dream impossible.  Bunkers are in front of the green to collect the drives of those who dream, but fall short and off line.
